So there's some buzz around Apple

As of 4pm on the first day of the WWDC, Apple owns 10 of the top 20 search terms on Google (including four of the top five).

What wouldn't Microsoft (or any brand) do for this type of buzz?

Has there ever been a company like Apple that took advantage of their celebrity status and marketed themselves so perfectly? Steve Jobs speaking has turned into the Techy world's equivalent to the newest "it" girls red carpet walks. It's beautiful to watch a company control and use all the PR weapons that they have at their disposal...

They do it better and on a larger scale than anyone else. A lot of companies may not be able to put on such a dog and pony show without people rolling their eyes. Somehow, Apple continues to pull it off.
